Circulating vaccine-derived poliovirus type 2 (cVDPV2) is present. Proof of polio vaccination, or vaccination at the port of entry, is required.

- Travellers to affected countries should obtain chemoprophylaxis. Avoid the outdoors after sunset, use repellents and insecticides, sleep under nets, and wear long sleeves and trousers.
